The Energy and Environment Cabinet and the Drought Mitigation and Response Advisory Council (DAC) are engaged in developing a state drought plan pursuant to Senate Joint Resolution 109 (SJR 109).   

The DAC met for the first time on May 29, 2008, in Frankfort and began the process of defining the scope and content of the plan and the planning process.  This Web site has been created to house meeting information, presentations and related resource materials that are used in the work of the council.
