This page provides links to the most recent maps available for each of the major basins in Kentucky. All maps are based on final reach index coverages created by Division of Water from 305(b) assessment data.
Listed below are links to maps for each basin that show use support for the assessments done for corresponding 305(b) reports to Congress. The most recent maps available are provided. These are visual representations of the data in the tables for the 2000, 2002 and 2004 Water Quality reports to Congress and the 2006 Integrated Report to Congress. To view data or read the reports, go to the 305(b) Reports page. For a more interactive look at the 305(b) shapefiles, you may wish to go to the KYGeonet, the Geospatial Data Clearinghouse for the commonwealth of Kentucky. Use "305" for your search. Also, you may use the Kentucky Watershed Viewer, an online mapping tool full of information about watersheds, permitted dischargers, streams, lakes and 305(b) assessment data. This can be found on the Watersheds page.
