The links in the navigation bar to the left are intended to help Kentucky residents participate in Division of Water programs and projects.

The Complaints link provides information about how to report problems, complaints and environmental emergencies.  Complaints may be made anonymously if desired.

At the Funding link, information is available about funding for water-related projects from a variety of sources, including the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, EPA Special Appropriations Grants and Clean Water Act Section 319 (h) nonpoint source pollution control funding.

Under Kentucky's Open Records law, the public has the right to review records and documents held by government agencies.  Find out how to request such a review at the Open Records Requests link.

The time, date and subject matter of Public Hearings and Public Meetings are posted at this link.

Public Notices are posted weekly concerning draft KPDES (Kentucky Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) permits and any other public notices by the DOW.

Find out how you can get involved in actually sampling Kentucky's waters at the Water Watch Web site.
