RPPS Organizational Chart
The Financial Management and Budget Section is responsible for developing and maintaining the DOW operating budget. This section works closely with the other nine branches of the division to project staffing and funding needs within budgetary constraints.
The Project Administration Section administers federal grant and loan programs to communities with wastewater and drinking water infrastructure projects. The Clean Water State Revolving Fund, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency special grants are all administered through this section.
The Program Support Section is responsible for administrative duties related to the day-to-day operation of DOW programs, purchasing requests, inventory, surplus and training.
The Resource Planning Section works closely with all DOW branches to organize and assist in the development of legislation and administrative regulations. Geographic Information Systems and graphical resources are also provided to the branches. The Resource Planning Section facilitates all public hearings and distributes newly filed administrative regulations to public subscribers. It tracks new bills generated by the annual legislative sessions and directs them to the appropriate DOW branches for comments and official response by the division director. Quality assurance for the division is also handled by this section.
