Well construction record forms and supporting paperwork submitted to the Division of Water by Kentucky Certified Water Well Drillers have been scanned and compiled into an image database.

These images were created in TIF format with a built-in viewer so the public may easily view these files without having to load special software onto their personal computers. 

Well records pertaining to a specific site may be requested by contacting the Watershed Management Branch, GIS and Data Analysis Section, via a Freedom of Information Act request.  This request must be made in writing (an e-mail will suffice) to Jo Blanset using the contact information listed below.  The requested records will be sent to you in electronic format if you provide a valid return e-mail address or you may make arrangements to obtain the records in paper format.
