401 KAR 8:020. Public and semipublic water supplies reporting deadline.
The system shall submit a monthly operating report (MOR) to the Division of Water, 14 Reilly Road, Frankfort, KY 40601, no later than 10 calendar days after the end of the month for which the report is filed.
Completed reports shall include volume of water treated, type and amount of chemicals added, specific test results appropriate to the plant, certified operators, turbidity reports where applicable and disinfectant residuals as required in 401 KAR 8:150.
